What to expect when you book a treatment with Willow & Flow.

Booking requests
Submitting a booking request through this website reserves a provisional time. Every request is reviewed and confirmed personally by Aime; a booking is only guaranteed once you receive confirmation by email or phone.
Mobile appointments
Treatments take place at the address you provide. Please make sure a private, warm room is available, with enough space for Aime to work comfortably.
Cancellations & changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please get in touch as soon as possible using the contact page or your confirmation details.
Suitability
Lymphatic drainage massage and the other treatments offered are not suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a diagnosed medical condition, or are undergoing medical treatment, please speak to your GP before booking and mention this when you book, so suitability can be discussed before your appointment.
Women-only policy
All treatments are currently offered exclusively for women.
Pricing
Pricing is confirmed when you book or get in touch, since appointments are arranged around treatment choice and location.
