How do I book a treatment?
Send your details and preferred time through the booking page, or get in touch directly through the contact page if you'd rather arrange it that way. Aime confirms every appointment personally by email or phone.
What areas do you cover?
Willow & Flow is based in Llandudno and covers towns across North Wales and Chester, including Conwy, Colwyn Bay, Rhos-on-Sea, Abergele, Rhyl, Bangor, Wrexham, Chester and Mold. See the full list on the Areas We Cover page, and get in touch if your town isn't listed.
How much do treatments cost?
Pricing is confirmed when you get in touch or book, since appointments are arranged around your treatment choice and location. Contact Aime for current pricing.
Why are treatments only available to women?
Willow & Flow treatments are currently offered exclusively for women, so every client can feel completely at ease.
What should I wear or do to prepare?
Comfortable clothing and a warm, private room are usually all that's needed. Aime will let you know if there's anything specific to prepare ahead of your appointment.
Is lymphatic drainage massage safe during pregnancy or with a medical condition?
Please speak to your GP before booking if you're pregnant, have a diagnosed medical condition, or are undergoing medical treatment, and mention this when you get in touch so Aime can discuss whether the treatment is suitable for you.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my appointment?

Do you bring everything needed for the treatment?
Yes. Aime brings the oils and equipment needed for your treatment. Having a couple of your own towels ready and a warm, private room is usually all that's needed from you.
Can I book an evening or weekend appointment?
Evening and weekend availability depends on the schedule and area. Mention your preferred time on the booking page and Aime will confirm what's possible.
