This policy explains how Llandudno-based Willow & Flow Holistic Therapies ("Willow & Flow", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you use this website, submit a booking request, or send an enquiry. Willow & Flow is operated by Aime as a sole trader.
What we collect
When you submit a booking request or contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, home address (for mobile appointments), and any notes or health information you choose to share to help plan your treatment safely.
How we use it
- To arrange, confirm and deliver your treatment
- To contact you about your booking or enquiry
- To keep a record of appointments for our own business administration
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it's stored
Booking and enquiry information is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in the London (europe-west2) region. Access is restricted to Aime only, and is never visible to other website visitors.
How long we keep it
Booking and enquiry records are kept for as long as needed for business and accounting purposes, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected, and to ask for it to be deleted. To make a request, get in touch using the contact page.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The booking and contact forms use Google Firebase to securely store the information you submit; no analytics or advertising scripts are loaded on this site.
