Manual Lymphatic Drainage
The lymphatic system helps transport fluid around the body and support the removal of cellular waste. This treatment uses very gentle, rhythmic movements designed to work with that natural direction of flow. Unlike deep-tissue massage, the technique stays light and controlled throughout, and most people describe the after-feeling as lighter, calmer and less puffy.
